By purchasing any products from The Rumor Company, you agree to the following terms of use:

1. Permitted Uses: Products purchased are restricted to the following uses:

   • Personal use
   • Resale in a licensed dental clinic, dental school, oral care facility, or directly through the website of a licensed oral care practice. 

2. Prohibited Resale: Products cannot be resold on any third-party e-commerce sites such as eBay, Amazon, or other marketplace sites.

3. Resale Conditions: Products may be resold, and the seller may set the price point as they wish or provide the product for free or bundled with other products or services, as long as they meet the restrictions set above under permitted uses. 

4. Agreement: By completing a purchase of any products, you are agreeing to these terms of service.

5. Violation Consequences: If you are found to be reselling products in a prohibited manner, we may, at our sole discretion:

   • Refuse to sell you future products.
   • Invalidate any warranty on the products sold.
   • File a complaint against you with the marketplace or website on which you are reselling the product in violation of our terms of service.
